Kelly Pilarski, founder and president of KP Endeavors, brings over 15 years of expertise in driving public infrastructure projects, from public parks to iconic transportation hubs. Kelly is a seasoned leader skilled in organizing, developing, and delivering projects in historic retrofits, transportation facilities, and public art. She’s served clients across a diverse range of sectors, including departments of transportation, state parks departments, regional transportation and transit agencies, municipalities, and private developers.

Working closely with owners, artists, designers, fabricators, and contractors, Kelly is a trusted partner in project planning and management. KP Endeavors LLC is built on a foundation of core capabilities: quality and constructability, material integrity, utility needs, integrated lifecycle maintenance plans, effective communication, and thorough commissioning and closeout processes.

Kelly's expertise spans projects from $50K to the $1.6B Moynihan Train Hall. With a degree in Civil Engineering and Building Science from USC, she is a Licensed Professional Engineer and LEED AP. Her diverse experience includes structural, architectural, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, and security systems design and review.

Our passion is helping artists and public agencies bring exciting, inspiring, and lasting public art to life. Founder Kelly Pilarski recognized the need for personalized technical oversight to navigate the complexities of fabrication, construction, and lifecycle maintenance. 

After working with the esteemed studios in the production of "Go", Kehinde Wiley, "The Hive," Elmgreen & Dragset,  and  "Penn Station’s Half Century," Stan Douglas, Kelly set out to build a company that meets the substantial need for proactive cross-discipline oversight services in this exciting space.
